A common question I get asked is "How can you tell the difference between them?" in regards to crows. It generally depends on a combination of looks and behavior. Some crows like #SpaghettiTheCrow has a very unique look while #PastaTheCrow has a very unique behavior (though some slight unique features. Beak shape is also a great determining factor on identifying a crow.

In this case for, names pending, Tomato (top) and Oregano (Bottom) it's a combination of their behavior and appearance. Their beaks are different where Tomato's is smaller with a curve at the opening. Oregano's is mostly straight a sharp angle change and a overhang on the upper beak. Tomato is far more trusting in me and will get quite close while Oregano won't come within 6-10 feet of me. Oregano also caws a lot and will follow Tomato. It's possible that because of these behaviors that Tomato is the female and Oregano is the male.
The area that I encounter the crows is also a factor in identifying them if there's no standout features to them.
Because of this it's possible that one of these crows is one I've encountered before (Garlic or Meatball) but I never spent much time identifying them. So I'm going through the best photos I have of the Spaghetti Murder to try to positively identify all the individuals.

Another guide, for the Spaghetti Murder, that helps me identify which crows are which if I get them mixed up.
Spaghetti and Noodle are the most recognizable with Spaghetti lacking eye feathers and Noodle's white neck feather.
Meatball is more behavior based since they generally only show up with Noodle and don't cry out as much for food.
Garlic is a bit of a mystery as I don't feel like I see them a lot and possibly get them mixed up with Meatball a lot.
Pasta has a brown spot on their head once they started molting so it was easy to identify them. Plus Pasta would get very close to me and even take peanuts out of my hand. I haven't seen my Pasta in weeks now :(
Tomato and Oregano are both new to the scene which I find very odd as Noodle and Meatball don't seem to have any problems with them. However Spaghetti is also now missing since they showed up.
